Registration and Payment

This event will be at the Olympia in London, England. The date for the Main Day Pass is 4 March 2020. The date for the Accounting Professional Pass is 3 – 4 March 2020.

Yes. Daily meals and beverages are included with each event pass.

No, all QuickBooks Connect activities are for attendees only.

Seats in sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend arriving to your chosen session early to ensure your best chances to get a seat.

Yes, you will get an immediate confirmation email with your registration details.

We accept payment by debit and credit card.

Yes, but you will need to email your request to with the current name on the registration, the new name and the new email. Passes cannot be shared nor be transferred once the attendee on record is checked in.

Full refunds will be available for cancellations before 31/01/2020, 50% refund for cancellations before 14/02/2020, and no refunds for cancellations on 14/02/2020 and later. A £20 processing fee will be deducted for refunds to cover credit card transaction fees and staff time. Event date, Sessions and Schedules are subject to change. 

Travel and Accommodations

Train & Tube
London Overground
  • Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network. It’s one stop from Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line). The venue is next to the station.
District Line
  • There is only a District line service from Earls Court on weekends. Please check before you travel.
  • When travelling from Monday to Friday, you should change at West Brompton for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia). Alternatively West Kensington is an 8 minute walk away, and High Street Kensington is a 4 minute bus ride or 12 minute walk away.
Central Line
  • Change at Shepherd’s Bush for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).
Piccadilly Line
  • Baron’s Court is a 9-minute walk away from Olympia London.
Hammersmith & City Line
  • Hammersmith Station is a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away.
Circle Line
  • High Street Kensington is a 4-minute bus ride or 12-minute walk away. Hammersmith Station is a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away.

The following buses all stop within a very short walking distance of the venue:

  • 9 – runs to and from Aldwych and Hammersmith.
  • 23 – runs to and from Westbourne Park and Hammersmith.
  • 27 – runs to and from Chalk Farm and Turnham Green.
  • 28 – runs to and from Kensal Rise and Wandsworth.
  • 49 – runs to and from White City and Clapham Junction.
  • 391 – runs to and from Fulham and Richmond.
  • N9, N23, N27, N28 also run a night service.
National Express
  • National Express offer round the clock services into the centre of London.
  • There’s over 1,000 departure points across the UK.
  • You’ll arrive at London Victoria Coach station. Then simply hop on the District Line to West Brompton, and Kensington (Olympia) one stop away on London Overground.
  • It’s easy, affordable and more environmentally friendly than driving alone.
  • You can buy tickets online, call 08750 80 80 80, or visit your local National Express outlet.
  • easyBus is the cheapest way to/from Olympia London to/from Gatwick Airport and Luton Airport with direct services operating from every 15 minutes, throughout the day and night.
  • The easyBus picks up and drops off around the corner from West Brompton, and Kensington (Olympia) is one stop away on London Overground.
  • easyBus is open to all airline passengers – whoever you fly with.
  • You can book guaranteed seats online from £2 one way.

QuickBooks Connect London 2020 is held in a public space so participants, exhibitors, sponsors and other companies may photograph conference activities. Intuit reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken at the conference with your image or likeness in future printed or online marketing materials. We also encourage attendees to take and share photos and videos with their own social networks, unless otherwise specified. Photos and videos taken should be for personal non-commercial purposes.

Yes, only companies who have purchased a sponsorship are permitted to promote their product or brand. Companies that are not official, paid sponsors or exhibitors are strictly prohibited.
